ORDERING


Placing orders

 
Orders can be placed online at DDPYoga.com. All items on your order will be charged to your selected Payment Option and the In Stock items will be shipped right away. Occasionally, we may offer back orders for selected items not available. Any items on backorder will be charged when the order is placed and sent via standard delivery as we receive them. Please note that this does not increase your shipping and handling charge.
 
We are unable to process orders by mail or by fax.
 
Items placed in your Wish List or Shopping Cart will remain for up to 30 days. By placing an item in your Wish List or Shopping Cart, the item is not reserved. Items are reserved only after the checkout process is completed. Items may be removed automatically if they sell out.
 
All items are currently available for international shipping.
 
 

Payment Options

 
We except all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & PayPal Credit. 

Please make sure to enter your billing information (first name, last name, billing address, and credit card information) exactly as it appears on your credit card statement, including middle initial if one is used. You'll be notified via email or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout.
 
All prices and amounts are in US dollars. The actual price charged to International customers is subject to the exchange rate applied by the bank and credit card company. Please contact your bank directly with questions regarding conversion rates and fees.
 
 
 

Order Processing

 
Once your order has been placed there is an extremely short window of time whereby we can make a change. Our goal is to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the Shipping Process. Should you find that you need to cancel or make a change to your order please call 559-933–7123 or email DDPYOGA.com/support as soon as possible. Please see our return policy for additional information. 
 
*Please keep in mind that we do not retain credit card information for your security and therefore do not have the ability to upgrade or add to an order. 
 
 
 

Out of stock merchandise

 
While we make every effort to fill your entire order, on rare occasions we may need to cancel one or more items. If we are unable to fill your entire order due to cancellation, you'll receive a notification email or phone call regarding the item and you will be refunded for cancelled items immediately.
 
 
 

Damaged Items

 
If for some reason your merchandise arrives damaged please call 559–933–7123 or contact customer support at DDPYoga.com/support. We will assist you as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

 

Delivery Options and Details

 
For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable; these charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
 
Business hours are limited to M–F 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST, not including holidays. Our fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. 
 
 

U.S. Standard

 
Order shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 8 to 15 business days for the United States and selected territories. Please allow up to 21 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
 
 

U.S. Second Day/U.S. Overnight

 
Orders made by 1 PM EST will ship the same day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in ordering process; your patience is greatly appreciated. Expedited delivery methods are not available for PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
 

International Shipping

 
Currently, orders submitted online can be shipped to over 55 international destinations. Order shipped via International Express delivery typically arrive from USPS International.

International shipping options:
First Class Mail is 3 - 6 Weeks,
USPS Priority Mail International 6 - 24 Business Days.
 
*Please keep in mind that international items process through customs and that may cause a delay in shipping. 




RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 
 
 

DDP YOGA U.S. & International Online Returns and Exchanges Policy

 
We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased online based on the following requirements:

Request must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Items with "do not remove" tags must-have tag still attached for a refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove the tag.
Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
We will not accept the return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after receipt of purchase.  
 
 

U.S. & International Online returns and exchanges policy by mail requirements

 
When shipping your return/exchange, Packages MUST be returned prepaid using the delivery service of your choice or please call our DDP YOGA customer service line at 559-933-7123, who will assist you with return instructions. Retain your order summary for your records. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Packages must be returned prepaid.

Non-returnable Items
