RETURN POLICY
We guarantee your satisfaction, or your money back.
Our goal is that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original receipt/email confirmation within 30 days of receiving your package for a refund or exchange. With DVD Sales, the DVDs must not be missing or damaged. Digital products, once downloaded, are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include shipping prices. Damaged or incomplete returns maybe be subjected to a restocking fee, based upon the condition of the returned items. DDP Yoga is not responsible for the cost in returning products.
 
Replacement products obtained in an exchange transaction will only be exchanged and are not eligible for a refund. 
Where applicable, all refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges must be returned to product origin at customer cost, if applicable. 
 
CANCELING ORDERS
Once an item has shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you decide to cancel your order contact orders@DDPYOGA.com immediately. If your product has not shipped you will receive a full refund immediately. If product has shipped it will become a return or exchanged item. A refund will be applied as soon as the item is returned.
 
Shipping a Return
You're responsible for the return shipping expense when returning an item.
 
Non-returnable Items
