I have lost 22 pounds, 17 of those pounds I lost in 40 days doing @DDPYoga. I feel stronger and back doesn't hurt carrying my 9 mo. old.

@DDPYoga 20 weeks now. Back & hips 100% better. issue now,can't seem 2 get my quads 2 loosen up. Wondering what stretch would be good
