BLOOD FLOW RESTRICTION (BFR)
Properly done, blood flow restriction training or BFRT activates the body’s natural ability to heal itself, add strength, and increase muscle size without the need to lift heavy weights or engage in high-intensity interval training.

BFR training has been around for many decades but didn't catch on in America until around 2015. Doctors have been using BFR to enhance rehab, but the technique is also very effective during a workout. We've found that BFR and DDPY workouts are a perfect fit providing minimal to no joint impact while increases muscle size and definition.
USING DDPY JACKED STRAPS

PROPER PLACEMENT AND INSTRUCTION
UPPER BODY JACKED STRAPS
Placed high on the arm, above the biceps, the upper body Jacked Straps allow easy on and off and mid-exercise micro-adjustments of pressure to match designed movements.
LOWER BODY JACKED STRAPS
Placed on the upper thighs, the lower body Jacked Straps work just like the upper body Straps allowing for easy on and off and mid-exercise adjustments.
HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE
To maximize benefits and amplify your body's response to heal, drink at least 16 oz of water to hydrate properly before use. Avoid the use of caffeine at least 30 minutes before use.
KNOW YOUR STRAPS
DDPY Jacked Straps can be worn directly over the skin or light clothing. When properly tightened, you may notice a slight compression “tattoo” directly underneath the straps.
During use, you may experience numbness or tingling, slight bruising (extremely rare), and delayed muscle onset soreness (DOMS) 24 to 48 hours after use.
BFR Training is a used by doctors and trainers across the country but you'll want to make sure you're using your BFR Straps properly to avoid issues. Knowing when to loosen your Straps will help you maximize your workout results and avoid issues.
• Discontinue use or loosen straps immediately if you experience numbness or tingling in the limb or limbs
• Do not use without loosening for more than 22 minutes.
• Check to verify pulse during use or press your thumb to the tip of your index finger to verify capillary refill (color will return to finger in less than 5 seconds). If color does not return, loosen straps.
