DDPY Jacked straps are non-pneumatic blood flow restriction (BFR) straps used in BFR training. DDPY Jacked Training provides a safe and effective way to lose weight, build strength, and improve your overall fitness while adding muscle size and definition.

What is Blood Flow Restriction (BFR)?
Properly done, blood flow restriction training or BFRT activates the body’s natural ability to heal itself, add strength, and increase muscle size without the need to lift heavy weights or engage in high-intensity interval training.

HOW TO SETUP YOUR JACKED STRAPS

USING DDPY JACKED STRAPS

There are a few things to know before you start using your DDPY Jacked Straps that will help you maximize the benefits of DDPY Jacked Training.

To maximize benefits, and amplify your body’s response to heal, drink at least 16 oz of water to hydrate properly before use. Avoid the use of caffeine at least 30 minutes before use.

The straps allow easy on and off and mid-exercise micro-adjustments of pressure to match designed movements.

Strap Prep Before Use:
Lift tab on the dial
Pull strap out from cuff
Close tab
Rotate dial ¾ turn

To adjust pressure, rotate the dial clockwise to tighten and lift the tab and pull the strap to loosen.

DDPY Jacked Straps can be worn directly over the skin or light clothing. When properly tightened, you may notice a slight compression “tattoo” directly underneath the straps.

Silicone gel is removable for cleaning. To clean strap, place in warm water, wash with mild soap, rinse, and air dry. After use, store in a well-ventilated place to allow drying before packing in a gym bag.

During use, you may experience numbness or tingling, slight bruising (extremely rare), and delayed muscle onset soreness (DOMS) 24 to 48 hours after use.

• Discontinue use or loosen straps immediately if you experience numbness or tingling in the limb or limbs
• Do not use without loosening for more than 22 minutes.
• Check to verify pulse during use or press your thumb to the tip of your index finger to verify capillary refill (color will return to finger in less than 5 seconds). If color does not return, loosen straps.

MAKE SURE YOU’RE CLEARED USE DDPY JACKED STRAPS

There are some contraindications or pre-existing health or medical conditions that may disqualify you from training with BFR. You may need to seek further information or medical permission before continuing. Consult your healthcare professional before use and review contraindications.

DO NOT USE if you have the following:
- Untreated high blood pressure >140 mmHg systolic
- Untreated low blood pressure < 90 mmHg systolic
- Current or History of deep vein thrombosis DVT
- Recent Traumatic Injury
- Clotting Disorders
- Pulmonary Embolism
- Rhabdomyolysis
- Blood Thinners
- Less than 6-months postpartum or pregnant

PROPER STRAP PLACEMENT

You should only place the straps on the arms and legs as indicated in the accompanying image.

ARMS: Place DDPY Jacked Straps above, not over, the bicep. The gels should be between the arm and the body.

LEGS: DDPY Jacked Straps should be placed high on the leg. Position the gels on the inside of the leg.

Do not over tighten

Do not use longer than 25 minutes
