DDP YOGA has completely changed how I view fitness programs, workouts, and more importantly myself. I suffered from depression for about 8 years and I used unhealthy "comforting" foods as a coping mechanism, even though it never really helped. My mental and physical condition continued to get worse throughout the years, and about a year ago, I completely gave up on everything. I was negative, unhappy, and weighed almost 300 pounds. I stopped smiling, stopped going out, and stopped talking to everyone. With my back against a wall, I made one final attempt to get my life together. I heard about DDP YOGA and how it helped Jake Roberts and Scott Hall and decided to give it a shot. My last hope. I made that decision five months ago and I now weigh 235 pounds. After just a few months I noticed that I was smiling again. I was going out, I was talking and laughing with people again and I started to see things in a positive light. Now, five months later I am still going strong. I have lost fifty five pounds doing DDP YOGA and I have started really loving myself again... that's something I haven't felt in a very long time. I still have about sixty pounds to lose to reach my goal, but I'm getting closer every day! I would like to thank Diamond Dallas Paige and his DDP YOGA team for not only helping me save my health, but for also helping me save my life.
