The Diamond Dallas Page (DDP) story IS the heart of DDPY, a fitness program born out of necessity and reality. After years of wrestling injuries, including a broken back, DDP developed a real-life workout that completely gave him his life back. If it could work for him, why not share it with others who want to Own Their Lives again too?

CO-FOUNDER AND DDPY INSPIRATION
Dr. Craig S. Aaron is a 1997, Magna Cum Laude graduate of Life University School of Chiropractic. He holds specialty certifications in Sports Chiropractic/Extremity Management and Applied Kinesiology. He is also certified in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Meridian Dynamics, Zen Shiatsu Therapy and Reflexology.
In 1993, Craig studied Viniyoga and Ayurvedic medicine at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Over the years, Dr. Aaron has provided holistic chiropractic care and specific yoga training programs for many high school, college & professional athletes in the NFL, PGA, MLB, MMA and NBA, as well as the WWE & TNA Wrestling companies.
In 2003, the Yoga-Doc personally trained Diamond Dallas Page, later co-authoring the book, "Yoga for Regular Guys," and co-developed DDP Yoga.
The Yoga-Doc presently enjoys private practice at Yoga-Doc's Body Shop in Atlanta, while serving as Co-Creator & Executive Director of DDPY Teacher Training, LLC. He also assists DDP Yoga, Inc. with special projects while regularly appearing on the DDPYOGANOW fitness app. with new and exciting content.
