These 3 workouts are designed specifically for smaller framed bodies and joints. Working in proper breathing techniques and slow body movements, DDPY KIDS gets your children moving in the right direction with their health!

DDPY 4 KIDZ 1 - Beginner

Beginner is a perfect place to start your children when introducing them to DDPY. This workout is slower paced and easier to achieve for first time users.

DDPY 4 KIDZ 2 - Fun and Energy

DDPY KIDZ Fun and Energy workout is just as described! Fun and very energetic. This workout gets your children up and active, increasing the heart rate and the body moving!

DDPY 4 KIDZ 3 - Extreme

DDPY KIDZ Extreme is a harder and more difficult level of DDPY. It is designed for older children who have completed both Beginner and Fun/Energy. Extreme elevates the heart rate and get the body moving in longer and deeper movements.
