About 3 years ago out of nowhere, I started having panic attacks and anxiety problems. This went on for about a year. While searching for the answer on YouTube, I ran across Arthur's story. I have been a huge wrestling fan my whole life, and DDP was always my favorite. I grew up watching WCW, so that's where I found him.
Anyway, 2 years ago, I asked for DDP YOGA for farther's day. I got but didn't even open it until around the first part of the following year. I did it a couple of times, like learning the moves, and the energy workout. I did this off and on for about a year, never pushed my self to the next level or anything. In the meantime, I still ate like garbage.
On New Year's Eve of 2017, I stepped on the scale and weighed 320 pounds! I knew something had to change. Diabetes and heart disease run in my family and I was in my early 40s and did not want to go down that road since I have 2 small children. I made a commitment there that I was going all in.
I did the program daily and was soon doing Fat Burner, Red Hot Core, and Diamond Cutter. I reread the Program Guide that came with it and after praying a lot, I decided to adopt the nutrition side as well, leaving the last thing to drop the dairy. It wasn't easy, but I did it.
I love the DDP YOGA. Dallas always says make the workout your own. He brings on people that have got results and not fitness models. Here I am now writing this 80 pounds down! Dallas saved my life. I have already been able to stop taking 4 of the meds I was on, including a blood pressure one.
I wish I could meet him someday and just thank and shake his hand. Dallas if you ever read this, I want you to know that I have always had mad respect for you. You changed my life and because of you, my kids will have a healthy father. Everyone needs to do this program. No matter what their fitness level. It works.
