After about 2 months of hoping it would pass, and getting irritable and down because of the pain, I finally decided to go to see my doctor. All he recommended was to do pilates. In all honesty, that's not really my thing. At this point, my friend suggested DDP YOGA as he does it and swears by it. Fast forward to roughly 2 to 3 weeks later and I was getting out of bed in the morning and realised I was completely pain-free!
The sense of relief was just immense. I can now carry my son about and get down on the floor to play with him without having to worry about how I'm going to get back up again.
