You can see on the shirts, the old picture the shirt was so tight! And the new picture I can fit another human in it!
I've always been a bigger guy. I’ve been over 300 pounds since junior year of high school, but I always wore it well. Then, in May of 2016, I spent two weeks in the hospital and was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. I dropped from 370 to 330 because I couldn’t stop vomiting for a month straight. Finally went to the hospital and they got me diagnosed. Crohn’s cause such chronic pain in my knees, ankles and back that I had to quit working my restaurant manager job and just drive Lyft. I was so depressed over my diagnosis and the chronic pain that I almost never left my recliner. From June 2016 until December 2017 I gained 175 pounds. I topped out at 505 pounds. I just woke up and realized I didn’t want to die a young man. So I started logging my calories on MyFitnessPal and eating clean. Then on December 15th I started my 6th attempt at the DDPY program. Four months later and I am down to 439.5 pounds. I went from a near 7x shirt to COMFORTABLY being able to fit into my old 5X shirts, and ALMOST my old 4x ones! I’m down six pants sizes and the swelling and pain in my ankles has almost disappeared! I can’t thank this program, along with the personal trainer I just recently started to see a couple days a week to keep up the variety, enough. Just last week I lost ten pounds! If I can do it, so can you! I haven’t been able to ride a roller coaster since I was 15 years old. I’ll be back on them rides sooner than later, baby! I’m on the road to the 200s and I couldn’t be prouder
