I guess I would be under construction as I still have a bit to go.I had a job for years with no physical activity and had very bad eating habits so I was very overweight and in bad health. I have an 8-year-old son and wanted to be able to do things with him. I also want to see him graduate and get married, So I decided to make a change.I saw the author video and also watched wrestling as a kid so knew who DDP was and got started with DDP YOGA. I do DDP yoga 5-6 days a week and count my calories. The biggest challenge is the diet I love to eat. My end goal is 185. I'm 208 today
