Being someone in the entertainment industry, Nita found herself developing a toxic lifestyle while on tour. She was in an environment that took a toll on her mental health ultimately leading to her drinking daily. In 2015 Nita got sober, her love for music and desire to be a strong female role model allowed her to take back her life.

Josh and I had an AMAZING day yesterday with the master of positivity, Mr @diamonddallaspage!!! Anyone who has followed me for a while knows I’ve been doing @ddpyoga for a few years now, so it was amazing to get to train at the DDPY Performance Center and learn how to better take care of our bodies and avoid the wear and tear of the road! Dallas is also on the cutting edge of biohacking tech and let us try out his home cryotherapy ❄️ and hyperbaric chambers.
