I started this journey a couple weeks after my 27th birthday. I didn't know what to expect, but I knew where I wanted to go. My dream was to get back down to 230 pounds. That was my goal that, with some work, I thought I could get to in maybe a year or two.

 

I obliterated that goal in less than 6 months.

 

I have grown to love this lifestyle so much. At first, the rapid progress astounded me. I was down 30 pounds in my first month! The more weight that came off, and the better I felt, the more it kept pushing me to keep going.

 

Overall, I've gone from wearing an XXXL shirt down to a large. My size 44 pants have been replaced with a 36 that is getting to be a little too big. I can never remember being this small. I feel great! My doctor was even blown away by my progress. He happily gave me perfect results from my physical after 4 months. My high blood pressure was now a normal level as well as my blood sugar and cholesterol after being off the charts bad for several years. It was a total transformation inside and out.

 

The self-confidence this has given me is beyond words. The positivity that Dallas talks about goes beyond yoga. I believe in myself. I know if I work at it, I can accomplish what I set out to do. I can make the best out of any situation. This mindset has transformed my life in so many ways. Work, school, and my home life have drastically improved.

 

I advocate this to everyone I know. This program completely changed my life for the better. While I may have blown past my goal weight, that doesn't mean my story stops here. I've come to love this way of life so much that I'm going to keep going. I enjoy the way I feel! I love seeing how much further I can take a position. I get a big kick out of showing my flexibility to others and seeing their reactions. It's the ultimate self-rewarding experience!
