My story is a bit of a sad one but I overcame it, I got DDP YOGA early in the year when the Christmas sale was on as a treat to my self, but I fell off the wagon. I tried to get my sister into it she had almost everything you can think of In the book and if I would hug her she would cry in pain, so she tried a lil and she loved it but unfortunately in March she passed away. Along with that those closest to me were having a fall out so I looked at the yoga package and started going into it and It works. I have never felt better, all the pain that I had when the weight was is gone and the leg spasm and pain in my back are gone as well ...I never felt better.
