I've been a heavy guy my whole life 6'2" and usually north of 235.  My typical routine was to not exercise and eat whatever I wanted not really caring about what. I saw the indiegogo campaign for Jake's surgery and what he had accomplished at that point was amazing.  If he could accomplish all that I could hit my goals. The day of the Super Bowl this year I weighed in at 250 with my 40 pants getting tight.

 

I got the program and dove right in using phase 3 nutrition from the guide and doing a workout (almost) daily. 1 day before my 4th month I hit 199.6 and officially dropped 50 pounds, about 5 inches from my waist and my flexibility is greatly improved.  I'm pumped to see what the 1 year mark brings
