I have struggled with my weight most of my life. I remember being put on "diets" as young as 8 years old. I have done "diet" after "diet" and always ended up gaining the weight back. When I was a teen and young adult, I would starve myself not caring about the health consequences, I just wanted results. I then moved on to the low carb diet and lost a tremendous amount of weight but I was nutrient deprived and I was always sick. Since the birth of my daughter I struggled to lose weight. Ten years of gaining and losing repeatedly. My eating habits were out of control and they were getting worse. I topped out at 183 pounds and I am only 4'10"!


One night my husband and I came across the Arthur Boorman video and I was blown away by his story. Soon after, I started my weight loss journey. It took me longer than expected because of setbacks that were my own fault. I'm happy to say I have finally met my weight loss goal. I have went from a size 18 to a size 6!


I would like to encourage anyone who is struggling and feels like they can't do it. You can! Give DDP Yoga a try and I promise you that you won't be disappointed as long as you are consistent and persistent!
