My story started with me making a choice, I was sitting at home one night while wearing my CPAP mask, and I thought to myself if I can’t pass the DOT physical I would have to quit my job as a truck driver

I have a number of back-related issues,

including arthritis,

The pain was causing me to limp to a degree where I was hunched over.

Sleeping, sitting and driving were becoming difficult.

and label me as broken, both mentally and emotionally

She told me I had PTSD

I lived my life as a depressed, insecure person.

I had no structure and no direction.

I knew I had to make a change

that would fulfill that wish.

I used to drink to much and eat unhealthy

now I'm a new person

I was overweight, unmotivated,

and incredibly unhappy.

I also started showing physical symptoms of anxiety too,

muscular pain and muscle twitches

I was walking with a cane.

I was really desperate
