That was my moment when I said to myself

enough is enough.

My eating habits had become so unhealthy,

and I was barely exercising

I am 30 years old.

There is NO REASON for me to feel like this.

When I heard the word diabetic,

I knew it was time... to take my health seriously

I could not get out of bed without drinking an 800mg ibuprofen,

and would drink one every 6 hours

I was 31 years old

and felt like I was slowly killing myself with food.

I still remember getting excited over food

and knowing others didn't share the same excitement.

my self esteem went to an all time low

and I basically hit rock bottom in my life

I fell into a deep depression gaining

almost 100lbs in 1 year

Paul knew he couldn't really make a change until he was ready to make a conscious choice to change his ways.
